Pumpkin Pie Dessert
Crust:
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (reserve 1 cup)
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 egg
Mix together and press into a 9x13 pan.
Filling:
3 cups pumpkin pie filling
2 eggs
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
Mix and pour over crust.
Topping:
1 cup reserved cake mix (from above)
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, melted
Mix together and sprinkle over filling.
Bake at 350* for 45-50 minutes, or until a knife blade comes out clean.
Serve with whipped topping.
